The Great Barrington Farmers' Market, now entering its 22th season, is a 100% producer only market and we pride ourselves in offering a wide assortment of vegetables, soft and stone fruit, cheese, sourdough bread, bedding plants, vegetable seedlings, perennials, cut flowers, honey, maple syrup, mushrooms, eggs, dried and fresh lavender, pork, chicken, lamb and beef. In addition we have a generous selection of sweet and savory baked goods, jams, spreads, dips, and chutney.
Our motto at the Great Barrington Farmers' Market is “always local, always fresh”. We pride ourselves in that our 25 vendors come from within a 50 mile radius which not only promotes the local agricultural community, but in this time of energy crisis, we are keeping our food dollars local and our energy consumption to a minimum. Come enjoy the bountiful selection we have to offer.
Located in the heart of Berkshires at the Historic Railroad Station behind Town Hall at the intersection of Taconic Avenue and Castle Street.
We are open every Saturday 9-1 during the season between Mother’s Day Weekend and the last weekend in October.
